Dave Blosser

Dave Blosser, owner of Tri-State Canine Services, is a retired police canine handler. He began his career with canines as a sports dog enthusiast in 1993. Dave has been contracted as a guest instructor with other companies to oversee their training classes, which has involved new handlers and utilizing canines for explosives, narcotics, cadaver & patrol. Some of these students were with local police agencies, United States contractors and NSA.

 

Dave's company supplies canines, trainer and handler training for both local and federal agencies, as well as U.S. contractors.
